Melty Way soft opening evening May 31

Melty way in the Family center just west of Chili's on Fort Union finally opened. I had the grilled cheese Rueben with the chipotle mayo dipping sauce. It was amazingly good. I also ordered the peanut butter cookie chocolate ice cream sandwich. Amazing. Give it a shot. Be sure to try the sauces.

    The administration team and I had lunch today with Rob as the chef. Good to see him, the crowded shop, and enjoyment of rueben sandwiches with tomato basil soups. We all enjoy our food.
